These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chatbotics platform, website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (“Service”).

By using Chatbotics, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to bind your business
  • Use the Service lawfully

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Customer Data & End-Users

When using Chatbotics, you may process personal data belonging to your customers or end-users.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are the Data Controller
  • Chatbotics is the Data Processor
  • You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consent from end-users

Use of AI & Messaging Platforms

Chatbotics enables automated and AI-assisted messaging across third-party platforms.

You agree:

  • Not to use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
  • To comply with all third-party platform policies (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • To monitor AI outputs and intervene when required

Integrations

Chatbotics integrates with third-party services.
We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, or policy enforcement by those platforms.

Billing & Plans

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Refunds are not provided for partial periods

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited messages
  • Misuse APIs or integrations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Interfere with system integrity

Security & Privacy

Your use of Chatbotics is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Chatbotics retains all rights to its platform and technology.
You retain ownership of your content and data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payment fails
  • Third-party platform rules are violated
  • Required by law

Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.”
Chatbotics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Chatbotics’ jurisdiction.
